Know the customer.
Know the job.
Keep customer details, job notes and photos connected to the work they belong to.
Keep the quote, the job and the invoice together. Get back to the work you actually set out to do.
Preparing for private testing in Australia
A good day starts with a clear plan.
ONE JOB. A CLEAR WAY THROUGH.
Less jumping between notes, messages and spreadsheets. Follow the work from one step to the next.
Give each job a scope, a customer and a price. Keep line items and job details in one place.
THE WORK BEHIND THE WORK
The working app brings the day-to-day essentials together. We’re testing how they fit real trade businesses.
Keep customer details, job notes and photos connected to the work they belong to.
Bring job planning and your calendar into the same workspace, so your next step is easier to see.
Capture expense details and receipt photos, then prepare PDF and CSV records for your bookkeeper.
Practical tools, still being put through their paces. Payment workflows are in sandbox testing. Accounting exports are records for review, not a claim of complete accounting or BAS readiness.
A HANDY START BEFORE YOU QUOTE
Add an original site photo to a quote and ask AI to review the visible work. It can suggest materials and approximate counts when individual items are clear, such as fence palings.
Suggestions are a starting point: AI can’t confirm hidden damage or site measurements, and it doesn’t set supplier prices. Check quantities on site, confirm materials with your supplier and add only the items you approve to the quote.
Help test Get Into It

See a separate illustrative colour concept. In the quote, use an original site photo for AI material suggestions.
Suggested materials and approximate counts, with evidence and assumptions to check before ordering.
HELP SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT
We’re preparing a small private testing group of Australian tradies. If you’d like to try it and tell us what works, put your hand up.
LET’S GET INTO IT
Send us a quick introduction.
Yes. In a quote, you can ask AI to review an original site photo and suggest visible materials with approximate counts when the items can be distinguished. It shows evidence and assumptions, and may ask for clearer or additional photos. It can’t confirm hidden conditions or exact measurements, and it doesn’t provide supplier prices. Check quantities on site and with your supplier before ordering. OpenAI usage charges may apply through the connected API key.
Get Into It is in development and preparing for private testing. Register your interest and we’ll let you know about availability. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create an account or guarantee a place.
The current app is browser-based. Android and iPhone testing is part of the rollout, so tell us which device you use. App Store and Google Play releases are not available yet.
Planned pricing is A$19.99 per business per month, plus A$8.99 per active staff login per month. Each business gets unlimited jobs, customers, quotes and invoices. The business owner pays for the workspace and manages staff access. Prices are in AUD; any applicable GST will be included in the full total shown before checkout. Subscriptions aren’t open yet while Get Into It is being tested.
Get Into It is preparing connections for Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB Business. If your business already uses one, linking it can help cut down on double entry and make it easier to carry job, invoice and payment records into your bookkeeping workflow. You can use Get Into It on its own too; you only need the accounting app you already have. We’re validating each connection before release.
Payment workflows are currently being tested in Stripe’s sandbox. Live payments are not part of this website or its testing enquiry process.
